Charity case...Public Data help?

So, my wife found a charity case that she's latching on to like a lost puppy, but I'm concerned of the potential background of this person.

Anybody with Public Data access give me a background?

Fran Gallagher (spelling on last name questionable). She claims she's a widower with 3 kids and her kids won't help her (which I find odd that even one won't).

She living at 712 S. Crockett St in Sherman, TX. I did the appraisal search on the house and it's owned by someone else, so that at least backs up the claim that she's paying (late on) rent.

We've already sourced her a window A/C unit and had our church give her $500 for helping with bills/food, but everyday something else seems to crop up for more money. So now I'm on the caution side of things.

Approximate height/weight/ age? White? It'll narrow down the search. Lots of hits based on the first name (Frances, Francis, Fran). Middle name?

White. I'd wager 5'6" - 5'10". Seems to be in the late 50's.

House has no HVAC and is poorly maintained. I dunno what's going on with it. I, too, would figure the landlord would have minimum things they have to do, which is why I looked up the tax records to see if it was owned by somebody else:

Blue Eyes? 170#? Brown hair? I found one lady by that name from Sherman, but with a different address. Just got out of jail on a 3 year theft sentence. The more you can tell me, the better since you don't know her DOB or anything. This one's 54-59 years old. She's got a ton of aliases as well.
