I don't know, but what I usually do is just go to a free online translator and type it in English, then just copy/paste the translation to the Word document.

Yep.

Freetranslation.com is a good one but some of the language translators can be off a little, from what I hear. You should be good to go with French though.

You have to use the 10 key, not the numbers up top.

Spencer, go to start->run-> "charmap" [enter]

That has all the special characters you'll ever need.

Most laptops have a soft 10key built in on the right side of the keyboard. Mine is on 789, uio, jkl, and m. You have to turn numlock on to use it.

Charmap is easier for sure if you're using a laptop.
