Geeez I like to never found the Brookshires HQ address searching for it. Finally I found it and you can see one of the pads right next to the entrance but no gun. You will see a really strange parkinglot off to the side with no cars in it. That is where one of them was. Probably some old relic but not what I was told at the time.
