Isn't the real issue here the over inflated cost of healthcare.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

I'm sorry sir, but obesity in general is a much bigger killer than smoking. At least right now. I remember in elementary school having that one or two fat kids in the grade that you tease (which I'm not proud of) but it seems like now that every other kid is fat.

Insurance companies have higher premiums if the insured is a known smoker. They currently aren't charging higher premiums for fatasses. Simple as that.Originally posted by PGreenCobraI can't get over the fact that you get to go live the rest of your life, knowing that someone made a Halloween costume out of you. Originally posted by A+ View PostNot when you work indoors chief. I used to work with an Indian guy who hardly ever bathed. He was the smelliest guy I have ever smelled with my smeller. His smell lingered in the air for hours after he finished his shift. Luckily for us, and I think they created this "rule" especially for this, HR told him he needs to bathe. Took care of that! Now we have this broad who smokes like a GD chimney and smells of Newports and cheap perfume. It truly is hard to breath around her...word on the streets is she smokes a pack a day.
I smoke only once most days at work and that is when I leave to go to lunch. I guarantee you being a smoker does nothing to my work performance.
My thoughts on the matter is that people need to mind their own business and go somewhere that smoking is not allowed. Simple enough.
