What good is that going to do? The guy can't afford insurance, do you think he has any assets worth going after? lol.

He's sueing my buddies insurance and the dude was at fault.

I got a guy's claim denied years ago when he tried to scam me and I rear ended HIM. Basically my good driving record and insurance plus pictures I took, details I jotted down, and basically presenting myself professionally they denied his claim. I was told this wasn't the first claim like that he had which I am sure weighed heavily on the insurers decision.

If I ever get hit by an illegal, I may just have to shoot him, sprinkle some crack on him, and apply whatever he had in his wallet towards my deductible.

Reminds me of when I was in California with a brand new Mustang rental. I hit a car from behind. Scuffed up their bumper pretty good. We are in thick traffic. I start making my way to the side of the road. He's giving me the stink eye as I pull up next to him telling him to pull over. I pull over and he drives off. Solid.

Yep apparently he's been getting alot of practice 3 no insurance in 2 years he's working hard...... insurance scammer must be his second gig.
