So, where did you work that you worked in all of those units you list and made it to Chief?

Subscribing.
And one thing to note: I can't believe so many people (here and elsewhere) can function in society as well as hold a decent or well paying job, while smoking weed, especially considering the caliber of todays varieties.
Oh, and I'm not on a soapbox here, just an observation.

I had to change the topic typo, was driving me crazy."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury." -Alexander Fraser Tytler

No I was never one of those “Pricks” like I said I was shunned by my partners because I would not be a prick. I was on of those 10%.
Being on the task force makes me feel even stronger that no, ALL drugs should be legalized, MANY cops feel this way because they see what a waste of time and Billions of tax payers dollars, are being spent on this “war on drugs”. Tweekers, Crackheads.. whatever you want to call them, will do their drugs whether they are illegal or legal, fact is if they are legal crime will reduce some. And when a crime is committed under the influence of these narcotics the charge should be enhanced, just like when alcohol is involved
