Do you wave at people on the road to tell them they have a near flat tire ?

I pull over and help if they're obviously struggling. I once changed a tire on a camry in the woodlands on 45 for an elderly lady and she paid me 200 bucks for it. I turned it down and she dropped the money on the ground and thanked me again and took off. I was like WTF
