That is some good cheese. We used to get it all the time at costco. It didnt work too great in grilled cheese though.

I toured the Tillamook factory many years ago, before they started ditributing it nationally. My Gramma used to bring it home, 20+ years ago, which is when I got hooked.

The black label is way to sharp for a sammich, but adding a piece or two in, would be damn good.

I kinda feel like a Green Day Fan before they became popular.
