Not in Sachse. I called the non emergency and she told me she couldn't do it and to call txdot. I asked if I could get a patrol officer to run it and she said no !! Wtf !!! I told her that bullshit and hung up on her.

there is, just not many people keep up with them due to not having to register them. If you go buy any dirtbike from a dealer no matter how small cc you get a title
