Did you respond to the email they send you to activate the ad? It might take a little while for the ad to show, or maybe it moved rally fast. The auto-related ads move fast.

This. Once you make the ad, they send you an email that you have to click on a link, that will give you the option to publish, edit, or delete the ad.

Some times, it REFUSES to post for certain accounts and I have no idea why. My home account will not post anything, I get the E-mail, it shows up in my account, but it will not publish to the main site.
