Ford had an evolution variant first...correct? While not mass produced, I don't se mitsu winning the battle.

For starters, it's Evos, not Evo. And furthermore, Ford has already made the statement that this is nothing more than a design exercise and couldn't be further from being a production possibility. It's a statement for future Ford design language, so complaints about not making it to production and the doors being stupid would fall on completely deaf ears.
