All the "FTP" and "revenue generator" threads got me to wondering if the police are really exist to make money, where the hell does it all go because I'm sure as hell not seeing any.

So, where does it go? I can guarantee that the police don't write tickets so they they see a Christmas bonus, or to get better equipment.
