    just answering the question. no carb would be a false statement. <1 carb per servering is more accurate

    I mean if he's after a low carb diet, by all means eat a dozen eggs

    Today was brisket/rib(meat)/chicken, onion, egg (two whole omega3, and 1/3 cup whites) and cheese scramble for breakfast.

    Not zero carb, but pretty dang low. And mighty tasty!

      My wife throws leftover brisket in an egg scramble with cheese and it is awesome. Smoked brisket in egg is surprisingly good.
