2) 1lb of Greek Yogurt w/raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
3) 80 grams of ISO 100 protein
4) 160 oz of ice water

That might be almost as much food as I ate all day yesterday.
My wife is in the kitchen making muffins and coffee. When I hear the sink faucet stop from her washing dishes and the timer on the oven goes off; it is muffin time. Meanwhile I will continue to lay in bed.
