Ditch the Fest Fest 2 is this weekend and proceeds benefit the wildfire victims. Matt, the Red7 shows are all ages, and my buddy's band is playing. I have half a mind to see if I can drag Robert down there this weekend. http://lucythepoodle.com/ditchthefestfest/

In other news, the lineup for NOLA Jazz Fest is off the motherfucking chain this year, as usual. Dr. John, Sonny fucking Rollins, Wilco, Robert Cray, Robert Randolph, Allen Touissant, The Strokes, Gregg Allman, Galactic, The Roots w/ John Legend, Willie Nelson, Jeff Beck, Robert Plant, plus a smattering of the country's best jazz ensembles. The only blemishes on the lineup are Bon Jovi and Kenny G.
Holy fucking shit. I'm in for both weekends. Yale?
