I hear ya, Mike. Ok, you were on somebody's property, but there was no fence to keep you out. You drove slow and as soon as possible, you got out. Doesn't seem like a federal case to me. Its not like you were throwing a forty-foot rooster tail and lobbing grenades as you went. By the time the hillbilly decided to come after you, the trespass had already been terminated and whatever threat the hillbilly had to hang his hat on to give him reason to come after you was long-since passed.
