its 33 degrees outside and i pull up to the house and notice a truck sitting across the street i've never seen, grab light and assorted toys to go check it out and find a dog shivering in a cage in the bed of the truck thats apparently been sitting there for 2 hours atleast. called the cops, if they wont do shit someones dog is going to have a better home than the previous one.
