    I got hit by one iof those turds/kids, why the hell are they driving the car if excluded...pisses me off!

      Yes they can deny it all they want. You need to sue the driver in small claims court and the owner of the vehicle for allowing an excluded operator to drive her vehicle. Double dip that law suit

      If your insurance pays the claim they will subrogate against the other party, but they may or may not try to recover your deductible.

          Well, I'm in Germany so have to wait another week til I can call the other driver to try and work things out but it looks like my insurance denied the claim too. My wife got a letter, not sure exactly why it was denied yet.

            Do you carry uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage on your policy?
