What do you guys do to keep them the out of your yard?

They have been tearing my yard up, and most damaging dug a hole about 6 inches in diameter under my fence and under my house. More worrisome, I have a dog I let out in the backyard and don't want her getting bit, or trying to kill it.

I just let the dog out and she immediately went to one in the backyard growling and barking.

Leave beer bottles in your neighbor's yard... Armadillos love beer bottles!

They can't bite. They can scratch, but normally won't. They are pretty helpless creatures, which is why they have armor. They aren't after your plants, but the bugs instead. You can trap them and turn them loose in a park somewhere. Avoid touching it, and wash your hands if you come close.
