DFWMustangs, My girlfriends cousin has lost everything due to the fires in Bastrop. They are all safe. They have 2 daughters. One is 2 years old and one is 4 months old. If you have anything that you would be willing to donate, I'd be happy to come get it. Anything would really help but toys, 24 months , 2T and 3-6 month girl clothes would really help along with formula, gift cards or other items. The mother is a size 8 pants M top and he is a 38 pants XL top. Please help if you can. They were given 5 minutes to leave their house, and it burned to the ground. Thank you so much if you're able to help.

Jesus! 5 minutes? Holy shit, that's terrible!

If the man can wear 40/42's or can get by with them with belts, and can wear some xxl, I have a bag full of work clothes and pants he can have. I don't have any baby girl stuff left.

I do have a bunch of little people stuff and playsets to go with it-they can certainly have those. At least give them something to play with. Let me know.

Thanks a lot Leah. Yeah, they were packing boxes to take and the cops showed up and said they had to be out in 5 minutes. They grabbed a couple boxes, computer, dog, kids and left. I'm sure they would just be happy with just about anything. I think they have 3 pairs of clothes, the shoes they were wearing, some formula, toiletries and the computer with all the kids photos and stuff. The poor kids have nothing to play with. When and where could we meet up? Thanks again. That means the world to them I'm sure.

I will ask the wife to gather some things. I know we have tons of blankets and other things here and there for a baby. We had a boy, so I can't guarantee they would want to use all of it.

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776
