      what can you afford for rent and utilities? I just rented my rental house to a young couple that made good money but had some credit issues from prior divorces. They did have good rental history. Look on Craigslist for housing rentals, might get lucky.

            We have a one bedroom house that is coming up for rent. We'll be asking $600 and the tenant pays their own utilities. It's on 226 acres and all the fishing you could ask for

                Inquiries do affect your score, but if you have multiple inquiries close together, for the same type of requestor, they should only hit you once.

                In other words, if you go to a dealership and they run your credit, then their 5 banks run your credit, it should only count as 1 hit to your score.
