Is he the one on 20 and cooper in the building covered in vines? I was reffered by Monarch to a oral surgeon over there years ago to get mine taken out and he was awsome. I cant remember his name though.

Im half way through about $4000 worth of dental work and using this new place by work on cockrell hill and 30 in oak cliff. I now it sounds bad but the place rocks! They do massages, have very reasonable prices and its pretty high tech. Its all new and they put some money into it. I maxed out my insurance for the year so Im waiting for Jan 1 to go finish it all up.

I feel for you, back in August, one of my molars rotted into the nerve. I am a tough SOB, but I was in tears from it. My dentist doesn't have gas, so it was novacaine and me being awake for the extract. Aside from it feeling like he was going to rip my jaw off, I felt nothing, you could have nailed my tongue to a wall and I wouldn't have felt it.

      $100 total lol.
I need this place! I have a jacked up molar too and no insurance. Whats his info?

His office is on the south side of 20, between Cooper and Bowen. Probably the same one you're talking about.

Whatever you do take ALL of your antibiotics!

I remember when mine were pulled when I was 16. I had 3 pulled and I thought I was a tough little shit and went to install about 1,000 sq ft of carpet at a bowling alley a day or two after surgery. Well about 3 hours in (4 hours away from home) I start vomiting like mad, and dry heaved for hours. Well, after about 2 days (a day or two left of my antibiotics) I stopped taking them and my gums where the stitches were got infected. One blew up to the size of a cotton ball while I was passed out and popped in my mouth shortly after waking up - NOT a tasteful taste - probably the worst ever. It tasted like armpit, foot, ass, and vomit, and it was warm and thick.... I pushed on it for about an hour with q-tips and puss still came out hours afterwords.

I learned my lesson to say the least.

Screw Monarch dental! We have insurance, it sucks but we have it, and they quoted us $2,500 for all 4 of my wife's wisdom teeth to be removed by their oral surgeon. Well we went to another oral surgeon who charged $600 for her top 2 teeth. They were the only ones that needed to be pulled, plus she only had 3 wisdom teeth anyway! Monarch is a complete rip off!

Just call up an oral surgeon and see what kind of deal they can do paying cash. Most will want around $100-150 for an inital visit so they can see how hard or easy it's going to be. Plus if you just let them give you a local, instead of putting you under, you can save around $400.

My dad went to Baylor College Of Dentistry in Dallas. He had to wait a day in a waiting room, but i was a fraction of the cost that a regular dentist will charge w/ insurance.

I changed jobs just in time for my wisdom teeth to start acting up. I paid $1100 to have all four pulled. The gas I was supposed to get didn't happen, the numbing GARBAGE didn't work on the left side. Feeling the teeth being pulled is fucking amazing! After all was finished no stitches just open mouth holes and gauze. Nothing like bleeding from the mouth for 9 day's, three months later I still have open holes where my wisdom teeth were.

I had my lowers done when I was back home last month. I have insurance but, have to pre pay and expense it back to my company on Dental. With that said I have used the same Dentist in Garland for years. Extraction including Gas was 160.00. I had to fly to Iraq the very next zero issues what so ever. PM if you would like his number.

The guy that pulled my molar is out in Kaufman. He is the one with no laughing gas and dirt cheap prices. I can't remember the oral surgeon's name to save my life.

Anyway, here is the info on Dr. Moore.
