i used to drink a red bull per day. sometimes two. lately i've been using Emergen-C. it's got boatloads of B-vitamins. so, i've been trying to use that more. it's much more healthy.

Redbull use to work for me when I mixed it with coke but after some time it losend the butt hole up quick. Waking up at 4am everday is kicking my butt. 35 minute drives seem like an 1 hour drive when you drowsy.

It got to the point here I needed 2 per 8 hour shift. I have since eased off of them. Figure that was getting bad
