My place is about 20 miles from the Expo Center, and about 5-7 miles from the South Congress drag. Danny, Denny, Eric, Yale, and Adam are definitely welcome to crash here, as are some of you guys I don't know who are coming with them.

Bea and I have about 1700 sq feet worth of crash space, and a back yard if you want to bring a tent . We'd be more than happy to give a few of you a place to crash for the weekend. I'll even throw down some BBQ to feed a big group if you all want to meet up here too.

Oh yeah! I need to get a new chain for it. The old one was so badly rusted I couldn't free it up.

Damnit, I wanted to make it, but the truck just wasn't quite ready. I did get to drive it to the parts store and back though.

Found a set of NOS '66 Texas truck plates on ebay that have never been registered for $50. Soon as I get them in I can get it registered and won't have to worry about getting it inspected. I need to bump the insurance WAY up on it now that it's running and driving.

Will be making it out to some GTG's soon though. Man, the freakin' a/c will blow your hair back !!

got a half assed level driveway? I keep saying im going, and always have something pop up. Assuming I dont have a race, I plan on making this one. I can drag the camper, if need be.

OK, we really need to make something happen... bigger and better than ever. We're starting with more time, we now have better resources down there, we'll (probably) have the biggest caravan and we can collectively jump anyone's ass that tries to make excuses (we've got enough time to assist in terminating all the BS).

April 13th-15th can be cleared for everyone. Shit, cars can be built from now until then.

No street rods, muscle cars, donks, lowriders, 4x4s etc....
No modern 17"+ wheels
No fuel injection, unless it is mechanical. If your car does run a modern engine, please keep the hood shut.


Again these are guidelines, not absolute rules, so if you think your car might fit in just send us a pic

The guys at Hale's needed this thing striped ASAP so they could give it to one of the THEM! guys Friday morning, so Colin brought it to me Thursday night and I finished it up around midnight. Sorry for the blurry pictures, it was late and I wasn't being patient enough for it to do the auto-focus shit.
