No doubt! There is only family court in Ellis Co and only one judge. Huge backlog of divorce/custody cases. Judge ordered a case study (glorified book report) that took me some time to pay for ($1200 each). Then our judge moved up the chain. My ex hasn't complied with the discovery portion of the case. Judge ordered mediation and it was unsuccessful. But it looks to be wrapping up at the end of next month!

64 days here. And that was about 63 days too long. I would have moved to a different country if I had to wait 2 years.
