Been through the divorce process w/o an attorney and currently helping a friend do it at the moment. Would be happy to help you out with some info, just shoot me a PM. Don't waste your money on an attorney or other services that claim to help you with all the paperwork it is easy to do on your own. Even after my ex-wife lawyered up I handled everything on my own and came out better then she did, especially after she doled out $1500 for her "lawyer". You just need to be able to put in the research and educate yourself for when you talk to her counsel. Again, I would be happy to help out if wanted.

In a perfect world that's hopefully what you will get, but if you haven't even confronted her yet, who knows how she will react. Perhaps she will be civil and agree, but she could also completely bitch out, and go for the throat. I'd be careful exposing exactly how much snooping that you've done, and stick with one or two obvious examples of her infidelity.

Good call, all of the evidence is off-site and non electronic, so I'm pretty comfortable with that side of it. I've gotta minimize my risk by vacating on the sly and then present her w/ the suit as a surprise.

I've never been married, nor am I a divorce lawyer, so take this for what it's worth, but perhaps you should look into the legality of "selling" your prized possessions to a close friend, just to make sure that she can't get her claws on them, in a spiteful effort to "get back at you" for finding out about her indiscretions.

Splitting assets is fine, but some things are a bit harder or impossible to replace than monetary wealth, and a woman scorned (even though it's her fault) can do some shitty things with no rational reason, just an emotional "fuck you."
