I have had every version of the iphone and have yet to own an android phone. The android OS seems to be getting better and better while the iphone has become stale.
You are going to love it. Sprint is apparently getting the Iphone 5 and I have absolutely no desire to switch from my EVO. It's the best phone I've ever had.

I have had mine for about 2 months and I love it. My only problem, as stated before, is battery life.

This being my first smart phone, I'm slow to learn it, and I doubt I'm using it anywhere NEAR its full potential.

I use a GPS deal to track my running, biking, and occasional Canoe trip (although a 6 hour trip killed the battery from a full charge with about .5 mile lefT), and a GPS speedometer.

I had the Inspire and went to the Atrix, the Atrix is WAY faster even with a couple thousand songs and a couple movies stored on the internal memory. The keyboard on the Inspire was better but free apps fix that. My Inspire would also freeze up from time to time, no problems with the Atrix yet. Plus google the comparison between the two and other than the 8mp camera, the Atrix wins all.

Rooted and rom'd = decent battery life considering it's only a 1250mAh battery.

CM7 I've heard good things about Ninja, just haven't tried it. I LOATH having to completely reconfigure my phone, all the widgets and icons to suit my taste. I have TiBu Pro but it cannot restore widgets.

I think I'm gonna leave it alone as it is till the Holiday drops. I'll be on it like ugly on a monkey.

I like UD, others swear by VEGAn, while still others swear by CM. It's a preference thing. The main thing is that they all give you better battery life :P
