Anyone used on-line pharmicies?

I need a prescription and meds....I can't afford to pay out of pocket for a Dr's visit and also pay for the medicine. I know there are online pharmacies that will do a prescription over the internet and sell you the prescription. I just want to find a reputable one and not be sent sugar pills or worse from a scammer.
