                I am not familiar with what the measurment of drunkness is...but the Sheriff said something about .7 or .8 or maybe there was a 0 in there somewhere. I am not 100% sure as I was still trying to take everything in an was overwhelmed. I do know for a fact that he was over the legal limit per the 2 Sheriff Deputies conversation.

                    Per the statistics .4 is coma or death, I don't think even a lifelong alcoholic could live at .7 or .8, much less have the motor control to get up from sitting in the road and get into a car.

                    Perhaps he was quoting the legal limit, the guy was just barely illegal (though likely on other chemicals), or you misheard him.

                      He was underage @ 20...it it must have been .07
