    Agreed.

    Reference the open carry guy in Philly a couple of months ago. He had that recording device in his shirt pocket and when the cops discovered that, they absolutely flipped. Him having that absolutely gave him a leg up on that incident.

      That's has nothing to do with the police the. Being able to use the same video you just made as evidence against you in whatever the case is... If you are just filming the police to film them when no violations have occurred then obviously that is not a problem. If you are filming them during a traffic stop then the police should have the same rights you do as far as being able to use that video in court proceedings.
