There some supplement called Horny Goat Weed (seriously thats the name) that's supposed to help. I haven't needed it, but I had a friend in his 40's that said it worked for him, but he was all into all that herbal remedies and not taking traditional "western" medicine.

Tribulus Testeris is another herb that helps raise natural testosterone, depending on what the underlying issue is. You can find various supplements on-line and at the local GNC type places, that have other stuff mixed in, or you can buy it as a single supplement. Some are marketed specifically for "male enhancement," which likely have herbal additives that help with blood flow as well.

I would go see a uroligist as she suggested though, there may be issues unrelated to testosterone or blood flow, that neither tribulus or cialis will help. The fact that it's cause by your current medication tells me it may not be so simple.

If you want to try the cheaper (depending on your insurance co-pay) way first, buy a bottle of your chosen supplement, and see if it helps. Though this would only mask any other issues that may need attention.

sounds like it may be from depression meds, had this back in the 90's. only way to fix it is to get off meds...or try those supplements mentioned above
