Need advice on a speeding ticket.

My LT got stopped yesterday for 63 in a 60, and he was on his way to work in uniform.

He was issued a warning ticket by the deputy.

Mind you, my boss retires in December and has 30 years in.

I've left a few nasty messages for the Chief of that town over the years for their Officers driving like absolute shit and almost hitting me. For some reason I've never gotten a call back. Go figure.

I could see that, from how he made it sound he pretty much invented the sucking blood for dwi bullshit. The guy teaches a great CHL class though, I had no idea he was the chief there till I showed up at Alpine for the class.

I've heard of plenty of tickets in Dalworthington Gardens for 1 over.

Dalworthington Gardens cops are dicks. I had to replace the catalytic converter on a car I bought with expired inspection. After clearing the code you have to put a drive cycle on it. Even though I explained this to the cop, and showed him the scanner I had hooked up while driving it, AND showing him the inspection fail sheet for the PCM not being ready, he still gave me a ticket. I was one block from the inspection station doing laps around the block.

Lol @ being scared by Pantego and DWG cops. They only monitor a small section. I drive in it everyday and know Pantego's routes. It's the same 4 I see every day. DWG tend to cruise Bowen, 303 and Arkansas a lot.

I think it is state law where you can't get a ticket for having expired inspection if you tried to get your inspection but fail, and you are trying to correct the problem with in a certian time period. I think you have like 10 days after the failed inspection to get it fixed and as long as you have your paper work showing the failed inspection they can't write you a ticket as long as your within the time limit.
