Glad I had a Billadelphia's on the last day (8/22) and got to talk to Bill for a little while. I was really worried that this story was going to be about him.

Generally speaking the best cheese steaks I've had are at simple pizza shops throughout PA. Cheese steak with a side of pierogis, get that every time I'm up there hunting or visiting.
