mariscos 2000 on business 121 and 35 is good mexican food also the valero on the SW corner of corporate and 35 for good cheap tacos.

I ate those a few times a week when I lived in that area.

I'm a fan of agave azule.

Used to go to 7 salsas in irving all the time when we lived there and loved it. The one in coppell right off denton tap and 121 just doesn't taste the same for some reason

Try the original christinas in Double Oak/Flowermound, right down 1171/main street.
Pretty good food, and awesome drink specials.

The one off 3040 in Lewisville isn't bad either. There's also a couple of other nicer spots here in Flower Mound...Mi Cocina up by the Shops of Highland Village and the place in Parker Square.

You're right, that 7 Salsas has given me the shits all 3 times I've been there. Never again.

There is probably some good tex-mex places, like OTB.

Mexican places, probably a hole in the wall here and there.

I was going to say Christina's as well. Always eating at the one on 1171 / McMakin. Good food, decent price.

There is also Anamia's. 1 location is FM 2499 / FM 3040, and there is another one down by Denton Tap Rd and Sandy Lake Blvd. Good tortilla soup and also table side guacamole.

Yeah, there are a few in that area I forgot about. The best place ever is in Denton though, I'll try to remeber the name.

I'm adding Ellie's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina to this list for Lewisville area. The place was spotless and the food was good. And if you ever just want to spend $12 on a couple of tacos.
