I took Law and Economics from this guy(teaches one night class) and he seemed like someone who is not to be fucked with in a court room after reviewing several of his cases.

Your friend definitely needs a good business attorney. Make sure he find someone with a good reputation so he doesn't end up spending more money than he needs to.
