Background Check?

Can anyone help me with getting some info on a person?


I am in the process of hiring a nanny and I am pretty sold on this person, but I'd like to make sure I am not going to find any skeletons in the closet later. She has disclosed a little bit so I know 1 thing that will show up, but she has a good story and she seems to be a great person with a few flaws, but no one is perfect.

It is nothing drastic and has nothing to do with drugs, kids, etc. If she even has a minor possession charge or something she is def out. I don't deal with druggies and yes, potheads are druggies to me.

She and her ex got into it, he laid hands first and then she did....they were both issued tickets. Now, if this is the true story I am okay with it....if it is not (which is why I am asking for some info) then I am not going to be okay with it.

Drugs, theft, child crimes, etc obviously are out without a 2nd glance. She has great experience being a nanny and I've hung out with her a few times and I feel like I can trust her despite her downfall in that area. I would just like to make sure it's not all a front.

It is a rare incident that we would go out and write both parties a ticket. Usually we look for the primary aggressor. Also a minor assualt as she is calling it would not even show up on your record. Class C Assault by contact family violence is usually handled in house. What would show up on criminal history is a class A assault where she left a mark or caused pain. If that is the case I very seriously doubt that the other he or she got anything out of it. I will say wow though I have been out on some bad woman on woman assaults. LOL I pulled up as one slammed her girlfriend face first against the glass of a store, then kicked her feet out from under her so her face slid down the glass to the corner and concrete. We had been out on them before and once she flopped down on the ground, on her back, and kicked a Officer square in the sack.
