What would show up on criminal history is a class A assault where she left a mark or caused pain. If that is the case I very seriously doubt that the other he or she got anything out of it. I will say wow though I have been out on some bad woman on woman assaults. LOL I pulled up as one slammed her girlfriend face first against the glass of a store, then kicked her feet out from under her so her face slid down the glass to the corner and concrete. We had been out on them before and once she flopped down on the ground, on her back, and kicked a Officer square in the sack.

I'm just trying to help ease her mind.
EDIT - Based on new evidence in the post above mine:

She happens to get pulled over taking my kiddos to play at Chuck E. Cheese or whatever and they find something on her. I am NOT putting my kids through all that non-sense....OR if she decides she is going to get high or "relaxed" and decides to run an errand, take kids to play, etc and kills my kids in an accident. I don't think I'd be hiring anyone with Glaucoma to watch after my kids, dogs or clean my house. Just sayin'.

for future reference two people can't be ticketed/charged with assault. there is only one person/group that can be the "assaulter/s" and the other is the victim... no two parties can be mutual assaulter's that would be a disorderly conduct instead.

There are several opinions in my department about someone getting a Class C and then the other getting a Class A FV or a AA/DW FV.
Lets say a man slaps a woman in the face and then walks into the other room. Lets say the woman then retrieves a pan from the kitchen (her domain). Lets say she then walks into the room and smacks him with the pan leaving a mark.
Or lets just say she follows him back into the room and slaps him.
Would you file on both or one?Whos your Daddy?

I've been in a situation where both of us got "assault by contact" tickets a couple years ago.....I was dismissed immediately without even having to explain.
