  • Who here uses MetroPCS?

I've used AT&T for the last 4 years and generally the service is reliable but holy shit I'm getting tired of their prices. I don't travel much and normally am in the Dallas area. Reviews online are all over the place...I would like reviews from people in the Dallas metro area. Their all inclusive prices look attractive on paper but as always....I'm sure they find ways to tack on extra fees and the salespeople in the stores are about as clueless as Obama. Anyone got any real world feedback?

I had metro for about 2 or 3 years and never had a problem such as dropped calls, on our way down to brownsville I had better service than my cousin with his iPhone, the only thing that sucks are their cheap ass phones, their decent phones cost an arm and a leg

Why not look into Straight Talk that Wally World sells? You can buy one of their phones, activate it(ATT service model) then pop your sim into your unlocked ATT phone.

BAM, $45 a month unlimited everything.

I don't know anyone personally, just know that it works.

damn it i voted by the thread title and didnt see the question above the answers

i have att but before i had metro for awhile and i had no problems with service. i only went to att cause i really wanted to use my iphone that i got for cheap. $40 for unlimited talk/txt/simple web can't be beat, plus their service area is getting pretty large

if you have the money for a 4g android you can go that route and have a smart phone with 4g service for $60 bucks a month

one good thing i like about them is the total upfront pricing, when they say 40 or 60 that's what it is. i know the big services say it's XX.99 a month but that doesnt count all the fucking taxes and fees and whatever other bullshit they cram onto the bill

Definitely looking into this, sick of Sprint's customer service.

That website explains how to figure out who's network you'll be using mostly if you went with straight talk.
