as a current landlord, I disagree. The last 3 seperate young single men i rented to were far worse than any single women Ive rented to previously, but maybe that is just my luck.

it was only 3 years till i got married and moved to s.c. we stayed there and moved back when my wifes sis (38) got ocular melanoma and was dying. we bought this house 3 years ago. at the same time my parents sold the big house and got a townhome 20 minutes away

my family is pretty close knit. if my parents needed to move in i would convert the garage in heart beat. why do you the asians are doing so well? they take care of family and pull together.

I'v never rented to single young men so I really dunno. All my tennants are married except for one older 65+yr old lady. All the couples have kids too. I have had several single moms that worked out nicely too. Best way to qualify is a 650+ credit score or walk!
