I could figure out a way to do that in a relatively short time.. but life would suck with no fun.. and it would most likely cause a divorce if I was that tight with our money.

I used to be pretty bad about spending most, if not all of my liquid cash on extraneous BS, and was essentially living paycheck to paycheck, even though I was making plenty to cover all bills and then some.
I got myself in a situation to need to borrow money a time or two, which is plain stupid considering that I was making plenty to build a savings account. Definitely irresponsible behavior, and I have only myself to blame.
I'm glad to be in a position now to have built up a decent savings, with a few investments as well, but not everybody is in a position to put money away given their financial state and possible dependents.
There are plenty of people that blow their money like I used to as well though, it's a hard lesson if you get in a tough spot.

My problem is I was trying to get to the point my parents were at when I left the house, and I'm finally to that point.
Now I'm concentrating paying everything off. I hope to have all 4 of my car notes paid off by mid next year, then do a solid on the house and have it paid off in a few more years after that...
That's the plan anyway. If I can keep from buying silver, guns, and ammunition."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government"

No offense to those that actually were in need doing this, but some of the others have abused the generosity of this board in the past.
Everyone paypal me a dollar!
