  • Patio or park areas in Lewisville / Addison area? Date worthy

I am trying to plan a date tonight over in either Lewisville or around the Tollway. I have no clue where anything is remotely close to what I am looking for over there. Google maps hasn't been a whole lot of help.

    Any suggestions?

    TIA

You're thinking about taking a date to an outdoor area? Are you testing to see how bitchy she gets in the heat? Or how much she sweats?

LOL. An outdoor date? Today? Are you high?

It was well into the 90s until after 9pm yesterday.

              Thank you!!!

And to help out James.... I would suggest something indoor, air conditioned, and a nice atmosphere for conversation. If you want to do dinner...then fine, but you can't learn a whole lot about one another if your faces are full, so plan the majority of your evening for the post dinner hang out for talky...or sexy time

I have a few girlfriends I meet up with at the lake before the sun goes down after work..... We usually bring our dogs up there and just hang out. It's actually not too bad around 8pm. Now if you're drinking that could be another story.

Try Glorias off the Tollway though? It's pretty relaxed. Cheap drinks. Decent food.

If you want to go on an outside date, take her to a park and feed some ducks. I hear chicks dig the shit outa that.

LOL.. responses DFdub style, love it.

Ok so this is our 4th date and she mentioned it would be cool (not literally) to just hang out somewhere. Of course it needs some shade if I am going to be in it.

So that is why I was asking, lol. I prefer the indoors too but we went have mainly been to the bar scene the last three so we are looking for something a bit quieter.

So papapepper is there any particular areas of Lake Lewisville on the South or South east shoreline that would be nice?

Or yellowstang I am looking for parks such as you speak of. I grew up in Arlington GP area so I am clueless to that area.

If it's not far for you, Lakeside Park at Armstrong/Lakeside in Highland Park. It's about a 10 minute drive from Addison.

Shall check it out. She lives out near Frisco, I live in Fort Worth so yeah anywhere is quite a drive really. But I will be in Mesquite before hand visiting my boy so no biggie.
