Anyone know of the best deals by chance? I have been tasked with setting it up at our association office and know nothing about it... Just want something basic for people to enjoy between work and part times.

If you're just looking for something basic, then I would suggest OTA. There are several good OTA HD channels. And that option would be free.

I've had DISH for years. No problems, high capacity DVR, and plenty of HD content.
