my new job

you guys know, most anyway, that i was laid off my last job. well, today, i had a 3 hour interview for a new job in Lewisville at Ford Country. it went really well and after the background check and drug test is all done i got the job. i know i will pass them both. i should be starting next week. it's a bit of a drive, but really wasn't bad at all today. not sure what the traffic will be like on 121 between Mckinney and Lewisville at 7:30am and at 6:30pm. anyone else make that trip at those times? how is it?

Traffic from what I remember earlier in the year is pretty free flowing. Little bit of traffic on 121 toll, but still good timing from Lewisville to Mckinney. I don't remember averaging below 70 at all.

i will be selling parts. i am driving from Greenville. it took me 45 minutes to get there and longer getting home, but i had to get gas and some lunch.

the money is enough to offset the gas and still have extra cash at the end of the month. i have driven that kind of distance before, so it's that big of a deal. any farther though, and it wouldn't really be. i also found a job in Arlington, but that's just too far.

45 min is about what it takes me to get to work going in at 12 and getting off at 8:30pm. There's a lady that works with me here in Las Colinas and she lives in Sherman. I have it good compared to her..lol

It's cheaper if you get a tag. If you don't they just mail you a bill.
