I'm not sure if Ford Country is ran the same way but being a Pack place I'm sure it's somewhat similar to the place in NRH that I worked at for a LONG time. They never seemed to have random firings or anything like that. Shit, most of the people in the parts dept were there years before I was in '02 and had no plans of going anywhere else when I left last year. Good luck.
