Should I be nervouse to be flying in September?

My flight back from the sandbox is on the night of the 5th landing in DFW on the morning of the 6th of September. I actually planned to be in country on 9/11 to celebrate another one here but I have another engagement on the 10th that required me to be home.

Flying back from San Diego on 9/11...

I'll be in Chelsea (just north of the WTC site) on 9-11. They're expecting thousands of people to visit the new memorial that day and the days following. I'm sure security on the ground is going to be VERY visible.

I flew on sept 11th either last year or year before and I really didn't notice any difference. I'm flying on the 10th this year
