  • Got the car fixed...Thanks, Nick!

So, I got the insurance check from the 'hit and run' I had, but wanted to check with Nick to see if, by chance, something could be done without having to repaint half the car. Since it's silver, I was worried about matching the color, etc and didn't want it to look like shit.

Craig and I took it over to Nick's to see if he could do some restoration to it and make it something we would be happy with. Well, 99.9% of it all buffed out in about 10 minutes!! I wasn't intending him to work on it right then, but he wanted to give it a shot. Got most of it out then took it back a few days later and he did a full detail on it. It looks amazing! Even the scratches came out almost 100%!

Thanks, Nick! I'm so happy we were able to avoid repainting!!

                  Just the tip?

That's pretty cool that it won't have to be repainted. Some of those scratches were VERY deep. Drinks on y'all with the leftover insurance money?
