Anyone know anything about wheel chair lifts for vehicles?

I have a handicapped customer and she asked us to install a wheel chair lift that goes on the trailer hitch of a vehicle. Im looking at different units but Im wondering what brands are any good and which ones to stay away from. Id hate to install one and have it drop her wheel chair down the road.
