I was order # 74 this morning. I was really surprised at the lack of turnout for opening day.

Chick-Fil-A (which prides itself on having Christian values) used to have the same thing on the menu. The grilled chicken sandwich combo was $6.66 with Houston tax. Always struck me as strange.

It wasn't really advertised as much as the other openings, in fact the only places I even saw it mentioned were Bud Kennedy's twitter feed and on dallasbizjournal.

Barry Shlachter (columnist for the Star Telegram) was there btw and he started speaking Mandarin with the group I was sitting next to. The looks on their faces were priceless, you just don't expect an older Jewish guy to walk up and speak Mandarin fluently.

Question: Are their hamburgers equal to all the hype?

I you can't answer this yourself after several threads on theatrer, you really are as dumb as everyone says...

And to everyone who hates their fries, try them well done. They are much better that way.

I think you're the only one labeling me as being dumb. And how did you manage to involve posts about home theater with a question about hamburgers? lol

                            Grail.

I've got In-N-Out down the block, without the wait, and I could go for some Whataburger right now.
