  • fajitas rice and beans left out 12 hours- still ok to eat?

    damn, i left them on the counter last night around midnight and just walked to the fridge and saw them sitting on the counter still- think they are still good to eat?

        If they look and smell ok I would say they are OK

          The meat should be ok but I bet the beans are no good. What's the worst that could happen though?

                Probably ok.


                It's recommended that perishable food should not be left between 40-140 degrees for more than 4 hours total before consumption. I wouldn't trust any of it if it were me. I've had my fair share of involuntary dual-oriface digestive purging due to contaminated food.
