I would find something that recently peaked at a multi-decade high. You get extra credit if the odds are unlikely that it will ever return to its current level of value in your lifetime.

my humble opinion I dont see classic cars being anywhere near what they were in value 4 years ago for a loooong time.

What do you know? It has already been proven fact that Gold will never loose value!

Okay, pork belly prices have been dropping all morning, which means that everybody is waiting for it to hit rock bottom, so they can buy low. Which means that the people who own the pork belly contracts are saying, "Hey, we're losing all our damn money, and Christmas is around the corner, and I ain't gonna have no money to buy my son the G.I. Joe with the kung-fu grip! And my wife ain't gonna f... my wife ain't gonna make love to me if I got no money!" So they're panicking right now, they're screaming "SELL! SELL!" to get out before the price keeps dropping. They're panicking out there right now, I can feel it.

my advice is to buy stuff for less than it's worth... not buy stuff that you think will be worth more later.

That's the easiest way to invest. You just gotta keep an eye out for deals. I'm no financial wizard... Which is why I'm not in the market!!! LOL But don't get suckered into trying to get into traditional investments if you have no idea what you're doing.

If you had $10M? ok, get with somebody who knows WTF they're doing, and run with it, but my motto is "go with what you know"... buy low/sell high, and like I said, don't invest in the future with only $10k, invest in the NOW.

I agree. Although there are a lot of people who are hurting for cash and usually one of the first things to go is a hobby or project car. I have been flipping projects for the last couple months and have already made my $$ back ten fold. I honestly don't ever see the muscle cars bringing the crazy money they were bringing 5 years ago. That's good news for people like me.

Vintage porn vids from the 70s aren't typically a good investment source, Michael. Hopefully you got some use out of it though before pawning it off. Viva la bush!

MCP...it will be over $70 by the end of the year. Some say closer to $80. I made a ton on this stock earlier this year...I just added it back yesterday.

The analysts who have rated this stock are saying 97. I don't hold that with much weight though. I have seen those change on a monthly basis. Still much higher than where it is currently.
